Today I went down to the lake with Donna and walked around for a bit. We went to a store called Manor. It had six levels to it and was very cool. I bought a scooter there. Then we went to the hotel bar for lunch. After lunch we went to the UN building with my mom, where there was a celebration to fight against Child Labour. Child labour means kids working for often no money in very poor circumstances. It is very sad. We signed a banner that will hang in the United Nations. Everyone got a balloon and on the count of three we let them go to help raise awareness about how bad child labour is because kids don't get to go to school or play. I felt glad that I'm not one of those kids.Friday, June 11, 2010
